If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.

To maintain the exceptional optical quality of your lenses, your new pair of Etoss sunglasses includes a microfiber cleaning cloth specifically designed for their care. To clean your glasses, use water and soap, steering clear of any solvents or alcohol. Avoid using dirty or abrasive cloths; only use the provided cloth.
Preservation
Keep your glasses in the provided case in a dry place at a temperature between -10°c and +35°.
The measurements below provide a standard fit for most face shapes. If you're unsure whether they will fit your head comfortably, your local eyewear store can assist in adjusting the frame to better fit your head for optimal comfort.
